This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you join the early list on snugvps.com. We wrote it to be short and readable. If anything is unclear, email us.
Who runs this site
This site and the service it describes are run by [OPERATOR NAME], the data controller. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
What we collect
Only what you type into the signup form, plus where you came from:
- Your email address (required).
- What you would run and your answer about the price (required).
- Your name and country, if you choose to give them.
- Your consent, and the time you signed up.
- Campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) and the referring page, if your browser shares it.
The page sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other sites when it opens. If you click the theme button, your choice (light or dark) is saved in your own browser's local storage and never sent to us.
Like every website, our static host receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type when it serves the page. It uses this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify you.
Why we collect it, and the legal basis

We will not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send you anything unrelated to this service.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms receives the form and forwards it to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider stores the inbox where signups arrive.
- Our static web host serves the pages (see the note on technical data above).
Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the provider offers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you never become a customer, we delete it no later than 12 months after the first server opens. Web3Forms keeps its own copy of submissions for a limited period set by its plan.
Before activating a server we verify identity to prevent abuse. That happens later, only if you decide to buy, and will have its own notice.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you, or give you a copy;
- correct it;
- delete it, or stop using it;
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before).
